Hour of the Blood Dragon
This little guy with the clock is not one of the 8.
He is Eshokk, the pet of the Dragon Master.

Each symbol represents the facial mark of the corresponding Dragon.

Each is the Hour Name of a Great Dragon.
These words aren't used anymore, and are forbidden as human names.
Symbol translations in clockwise order from top.

J'is, (Jayis) meaning; Cliff Edge
Ur'c, (Urac) meaning; Serrated
W'cet, (Wekhet) meaning; White Maiden
Ori, (Ohri) meaning; Empty One
T'kh'n, (Ta-khan) meaning; Dusty One
S'l'v, (Selev) meaning; Voiceless/Silent
Hokh, (Hokh) meaning; Blue Fireball.
N't'j (Yentat'edg) meaning; Under the Surface

I think that's right.
Anyway it's for my sister.
